Since its formation in 1999, Neighborhood Restore has successfully implemented affordable housing development and preservation programs while maintaining strong relationships with government, lenders, and community partners. These established partnerships have allowed it and its affiliated entities to remain at the forefront of affordable homeownership programs focused on one- to four- family homes through successfully acquiring, rehabilitating, and marketing distressed properties to low- and moderate- income households.
